We are looking for moderators for Danish site!
If you

• Want to communicate with other dog- and catlovers all over Danmark
• Speak, write and understand English (this is important to communicate with admin and all other moderators from different language sites,)
• Want to be the one first to know about new things going one on uniteddogs/cats site
• Want to be part of moderators team all over the World
• Want to get more bonuspoints for your actions
• Are calm and know how to speak with people
• Are tolerant towards different opinions and are ready not to take users side before the situation is totally clear
• Want to be popular on uniteddogs/cats sites
• Know that all users are important

… tell us about it. During the next two weeks we will be choosing 4 moderators for Danish site. The best ones will get moderator stars in front of their profiles; they will become our eyes on Danish site.

How we choose the best ones?
If you…
• Help other users, when they have questions in forums
• Use correct Danish grammar
• Are tolerant and accept different opinions
• Are active, pat, comment, write forum posts and let us see that you love us
You can present yourself as a candidate to become a moderator or you can present some other user too. Use this forum or doggiemail.
Before the final choosing we also ask from all the users, who they prefer and would like to see as moderators for the Danish site.

Schedule:
From today, 15th February to next Friday we wait for suggestions. Tell me if you want to be a moderator or you know a really good candidate for it
From next Friday, 22nd February, we will put up a questionnaire for users, to tell us who they prefer.
From Thursday, 29th February, we take a really careful look at all the best candidates, translate all their posts, comments etc to know everything about them.
In the beginning of March, we will welcome new moderators on Danish page.

What moderators do?
• They are our eyes on the site
• They let us know if there are any problems or questions
• Every moderator may have different rights
o Forum – edit, delete, move themes or posts
o Pictures - delete inappropriate pictures
o Videos – delete inappropriate videos
o Breeds – keeping eye on the breeds, if they are correct, so dog named German Shepherd really is one with all the needed standards. Write user if there is a mistake and can change the breed from admin if needed
o Users – keep an eye on our users, if they are friendly, polite, tolerant and if a users acts several times against our rules, then the user will be blocked for short time
o Translate – we have newsletters and new features, users from different sites help us with the translations. This way we make the site just for you, you are the ones who choose the best and comfortable language
• They are our VIP users, so they are the ones that make the site on their own country. The way they act will be taken as a base on what the site actually is. All our current moderators are really loved by our users. Moderators are there to help users in any way, they are there to keep the site clean from stolen pictures and fake users, so the ones who really love their dogs/cats can have the site to spread the love they get from their pets all over the country and world.
